Here, in eight comparable scenes are a set of extracts from the judgement of the Supreme Court and from the “Facts and Background”- the document put together by the Council of Canadians with Disabilities (CCD) as a Coalition. Together these show that the Judges will have seen THE FACTS through the eyes of the extremist-activists of the rights of Handicapped People.
